Lifetime care & replating service

I know the sentimental value your jewellery holds, and want you to be able to love it for a lifetime.

I also know that sometimes, you don't always take your jewellery off when you should... and that's why I offer a refresh and re-plating service for your 18K Gold Vermeil pieces.

All you have to do is send us an email with a photo of your jewellery, and I'll provide an offer for re-plating. Please note that, due to the cost of gold, the re-plating cost will be 30% of the retail price.

If your Gold Vermeil has faded in the first year, don't worry - you are covered by my one-year warranty.

Repairs

If your warranty period has expired, we can still provide jewellery repair services for a fee.

If you would like to repair or re-polish your Sterling Silver or 18k Gold Vermeil piece and it is out of the 1-year warranty period, simply email hello@birsenaite.com with an image and description of the issue.
