Your one-year guarantee
I’m proud of the quality of Birsenaite jewellery, and want you to feel confident and looked-after in your purchase. When you shop with me online, I offer a one-year warranty from the date of purchase, ensuring your jewellery is always enjoyed in perfect condition!
Your one-year warranty covers defects in closures, loose pearls and precious stones, broken chains and bracelets, and gold fading or tarnishing.
Normal signs of use such as scratches or oxidation are not covered. And if you have any work done on your jewellery by another jeweller, such as resizing, modifications or repairs, your warranty will be void. But don't worry - we offer repair services and will help you find the best solution.

To make a warranty claim, simply contact me at email@example.com with proof of purchase, a description, and photos of the damage. In most cases, we'll ask you to send your jewellery in for evaluation, and we'll provide a replacement or credit if it's determined to be defective.
If you received your jewellery as a gift, simply provide us with your name or order number, a photo and a description of the issue, and I'll take care of the rest.
For jewellery purchased from a retail store, please refer to their return policy for assistance.
